No. Being a member of Lidotel Loyalty Program is free. There is no cost to stay in the program, or to move up in category.

Lidotel Loyalty Program benefits are unique and non-transferable. To redeem points, the client must be present and present their identity document.

The benefits of the Lidotel Loyalty Program only will be available prior reservation (24 hours in advance).The loyalty program benefits can only be used by members of the loyalty program and cannot be transferred to third parties.

The benefits granted by this program, will be established according to the level of the affiliate (Classic, Gold or Platinum).
The benefits of this program can be join in any season of the year, at any hotel in the chain, subject to availability.
The benefits granted by the program can't be exchanged for money or other service that is not specified in the clauses.
Each member of the program will be able to check their accumulated points, as well as the benefits granted by the program, through the website www.lidotel.com/Loyalty
Additional points will be awarded as a gift on a birthday date of any member.
The benefit of nights included can be enjoyed for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, and 2 rooms per stay.
For long stays (from 10 nights and up) the maximum per week is 2 consecutive nights and 2 rooms per stay.
The points will be assigned at the check out, and will be accrued on the Lidotel Loyalty Program account, the total amount of the stay (nights and F&B) reflected in the final invoice (no taxes included).
The Lidotel Hotel Boutique keeps the unilateral right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
The Lidotel Hotel Boutique keeps the right to exclude from the program, those customers who don't accept the terms and conditions established and those who do not comply with the behavioral norms or create any discomfort within the facilities.
